Refund Policy - Construction Certifications

You are entitled to cancel a booked test. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a Consumer. To cancel your test, please contact us by phone at +44 (20) 33862000 or via email.

Your statutory rights as a Consumer remain unaffected by these Terms.

All cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the following refund policy. Please review it carefully.

Courses / NVQs

All courses/NVQs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be re-scheduled once booked.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

CITB Test

You may cancel or reschedule your CITB/CPCS Test up to 96 hours before the scheduled test time. Cancellations can only be processed if your booking has not yet been confirmed via email. In such cases, a full refund will be issued minus a £10 admin fee. Rescheduling your test is free of charge.

No refund will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 96 hours before the test, or under the following conditions:

CSCS Cards

No refund will be issued if the cancellation request is received after we have processed your application.

We will not be able to process your CSCS card application until all required documents have been received. If not provided within 60 days of your order, your application will be put on hold. A £25 admin fee will be charged if you choose to cancel the order after 60 days.

If you cancel your CSCS card order, a £10 cancellation charge will apply and is non-refundable.

Once your CSCS card application has been processed by us, no cancellation or refund will be granted.

Course Material (Books and DVDs)

Your products will be dispatched the same or next working day once cleared payment is received. We will send items to the address given in the order form on our website. Books or DVDs will be shipped through one of our delivery partners using either Royal Mail or a courier service. Delivery times depend on the Royal Mail service, usually within 3 working days, or the courier once dispatch is arranged. We are not responsible if you order the wrong item(s) or provide incorrect address details.

You have the right to return any book or DVD bought from our website and request a full refund of the purchase price, as long as this is done within 7 working days from the date of receiving the item. Note: the 7 working day period starts from the day we receive your payment. Items must be returned to the address mentioned on the dispatch note or another document in the package. You must follow the return instructions, as we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct an appropriate amount if:

We are not liable if your request to reschedule or cancel is not received within the required timeframe for a refund or reschedule. Refunds will not be processed automatically — we will only consider or issue a refund if you have submitted a request for it.
