The Health, Safety & Awareness course is accredited and results in a Level 1 qualification in Health and Safety for a construction environment. It is a crucial step to applying for the CSCS Green Operatives Card. Here’s what you need to know:
  • You’ll need a unique email address to register for an account.
  • The course requires a computer or laptop with a webcam, speaker, microphone, and the Google Chrome browser. Please note that Safari and Chromebooks are not compatible.
  • Before taking the exam, you must complete the exam registration form and provide a valid ID.
  • The exam can only be taken after finishing the entire course.
  • Valid photo ID, such as a passport, driving licence, or work ID, is required for exam verification.
  • If you miss or fail an exam, you’ll need to pay a re-booking fee of up to £60.
  • This course does not include the CITB Health, Safety & Environment Test for Operatives or a CSCS card. These must be booked separately on our website.
  • Your certification will be sent by the awarding body, and it may take up to 7-10 days to arrive, which is the industry standard.
  • The course and its exam are conducted in English only.
  • The course is non-transferable between candidates.
